Theories: Star Wars - The Mandalorian * The Armorer

Now that we have come to the end of season 3 of the Mandalorian I have a few theories that I'd like to share about the Armorer.

Please do NOT proceed unless you have seen season 3 and the finale. 

You have been warned...

To me the Armorer has been acting very out of character and suspicious all season 3. When she told Bo Katan to remove her helmet and announce to the rest of the Mandalorians that Bo Katan was a person who walked in both worlds, that seemed very uncharacteristic like of the Armorer who is set in the ancient traditions of the Mandalorians.

Then the Armorer, once they got to Mandalore, excuses herself from the party to take the injured back to safety OFF planet ultimately missing the battle with Moff Gideon.

Now once we get down into the heart of Mandalore, Moff Gideon emerges with his own full suit of Beskar armor.

"Thanks to your planet's rich resources, I have created the next generation Dark Trooper suit forged from beskar alloy." - MOFF GIDEON 

Gideon's Dark Trooper suit is full body-armor similar to the one worn by Mandalorian warriors, a helmet, vambraces, and a jetpack. Similar to a Mandalorian armor, it had a Ka'rta on the chest plate of the suit.

Now...

How in the hell does Moff Gideon know how to make beskar armor?

Only one person we've seen in three seasons of the Mandalorian knows how to make beskar armor... The Armorer.

What if the Armorer is a spy for Moff Gideon or in some degree working for him? She has no love for Bo Katan Kryze having fought her during the siege of Mandalore. When Din Djarin and The Armorer were discussing the Dark Saber early in season 3 The Armorer told Din, “Bo-Katan Kryze is a cautionary tale." Her betraying Kryze wouldn't be a total shocker.

Also, The Armorer pointed the Mandalorian Din Djarin to the planet Mandalore after he told her he removed his helmet (a big no no for those following the way of the Mandalore). The only way he could be redeemed was to bathe in the living waters beneath Mandalore (according to the Armorer). However, she said nothing could live or travel to Mandalore because the surface was contaminated. How did she know that? And why send Din there to a "dead planet" if bathing the foundlings to induct them into the order was done in any river since they left Mandalore, why couldn't the same be done to redeem Din? What if the Armorer knew about Gideon's secret base on Mandalore? And sent Din there because she knew or didn't expect him to make it back?

Also if you look at the Armorer's armor and then Moff Gideon's new Dark Trooper armor both have horns. Could this be a symbol of a secret sect or pact?

And was this Dark Trooper armor made specific for Gideon somehow molded to look like Darth Maul (the former owner of the Dark Saber and leader of Mandalore)? Or was it Maul's Armor and the Armorer is innocent not knowing Gideon had the knowledge to copy that armor?

Din blew up all of Gideon's clones before they faced Gideon at the end... Did Gideon die truly? Did any of his clone survive? Have we seen the last of Moff Gideon?
